Born and raised in Portland, Oregon. I moved to Washington 10 years ago and have been planning events in the Tacoma and greater Seattle area for 5 years and am venturing out on my own. I fell in love with making moments and memories for all who attend. My interest is in helping people feel special and well taken care of. If you know what you want, I’m here to help. If you’re still figuring it out, I’m still here to help.
What do I do?
I am happy to assist in the planning of many types of events, such as weddings, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette parties, baby showers, retirement parties, corporate events, social gatherings and coming out events.
I am also available for day of coordination if a venue you have booked requires a single point of contact.
As a planner I help with concept development, creating a budget, venue and vendor selection, vendor lists, rehearsals, minor decor set up (tabletop items or small props that weigh less than 20 pounds) and am open to discussion to help meet any other needs.
I can travel to your intended event location; additional fees may apply depending on distance from Tacoma.
What don’t I do?
I do not do all the event set up and take down or the sale or loan of event supplies.
I do not sign vendor contracts. Any agreements made between you and a vendor become the contract parties responsibility.
I do not discriminate based off sex, religion, race, age, sexual orientation, or physical abilities. However, I do reserve the right to refuse service.
I do not make your life harder. The focus of your event should be on the person(s) being celebrated and should be relatively stress free! Especially on the day of the event. This is my goal as your planner.
